Training Classes

For more information on our available sessions and classes feel free to get in touch directly or pop down for a one to one chat. Here at HRABC we offer group sessions five days a week. 

We have also started Women’s only sessions on every Monday and Saturday at 9:30am – 10:30am (Gym Only) and Wednesday 19:30pm – 20:30pm  (Zoom Only). These sessions are free to join. (Ladies Only) 

We are more than happy to offer one to one sessions (at a rate agreed with individual coaches) and likewise to visit your venue to work with individuals or groups in your environment.
