Carded Members Only – 11 years to 13 to years old
5pm – 6pm
Carded Members Only – 14 years to 16 years old
6pm – 7pm
7pm – 8pm
These classes are split up into a few sections, which comprise of approximately 10 minutes skipping to warm up, followed by a stretch to prepare. Shadow boxing followed by pads and skipping rotated with some lads receiving one to one sessions and pad work with a coach.
