Our sisters in shape sessions are free to join. Theses includes mixture of boxing, HIT and exercise to music, focus on building strength and get fit while helping to lose weight.
These sessions are tailored to individual’s needs and requirements. Aimed primarily at conditioning but suitable for those individuals looking for a challenging yet fun workout.
