These sessions are tailored to individual’s needs and requirements and demand a reasonable level of fitness. Aimed primarily at boxing conditioning but suitable for those individuals looking for a challenging workout.

Troublesome Tuesdays
These classes are split up into a few sections, which comprise of approximately 10 minutes skipping to warm up, followed by a stretch to prepare. Shadow boxing followed by pads and skipping rotated with some lads receiving one to one sessions and pad work with a coach.
Torturous Thursdays
Sessions follow a similar format to Tuesdays with a rotation of boxers receiving pad work or one to one sessions in the ring. On occasion (in the warmer months) the warm up or cool down may be switched from the bleep test or runs outside consisting of sprint intervals.
Super Saturdays
A strength and conditioning only session for those competing or seeking that extra level of fitness.
